At the moment, the only information that ZAMZAM PUBLISHING processes relates to online ordering. Whenever a customer purchases one of our products online we ask for credit/debit card details so we may charge the order, and an address for its delivery.

General Information on Product Ordering
All products are delivered direct to your door.
All postage and packing fees are included in the stated price. We aim to deliver to all UAE addresses inside 2 working days. Orders to all GCC addresses should be delivered within 8 working days. All other orders to overseas addresses should be delivered within 12 working days (single items will be sent by airmail).
A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please note that all quoted postage and packaging charges apply only to orders placed over the web.
Return Policy
Please note that ZAMZAM PUBLISHING permits the return of products only under the following circumstances and that all other sales are final.

Defective Items
If you believe your purchase is defective within the first 30 days of your purchase, please call Technical Support at +971 4 2699 604 or go to http://www.zamzampublishing.com and fill Feedback Form. If the Technical Support agent determines that your product should be replaced, you will receive authorization to return the product.
Wrong Items Shipped
If you receive items you did not order, call +971 4 2699 604 or email at zamzampublishing@yahoo.com. You will receive authorization to return the product.
